圓型糠疹(pityriasis rotunda)

圓型糠疹是一種後天性魚鱗癬，又稱為连圈狀糠秕疹(pityriasis circinata)，在身上出現大的圓型非發炎性乾燥板塊因而得名。在日本、南非黑人常見，甚至佔皮膚科門診的0.2%，但台灣相對少見。The type I subset is comprised of pityriasis rotunda associated with systemic illness and is seen in Black or Oriental patients with no family history of the disease. The lesions tend to subside on treatment of the underlying illness. The type II subset patients are Caucasians as well as Blacks and Orientals with no underlying systemic illness. 病灶是單發或多發，好發於臀部、大腿、腹部及上臂。一般不需治療，但可以使用去角質劑。
